There is more than 20 years, young grooms, we took again the family farm. Today, after all these years, we thank the sky for having allowed us to take again this exploitation,. Unless it is a posthumous joke of Emilan Mathieu, our famous creative ancestor of the race charolaise!

Parents of 4 children, us here today agents of a true treasure: the breeding of animals, according to traditional methods, in a preserved rural environment: the scrap-metal charolais. Our children know it well who, in spite of the distance downtown due to the studies and the hyperactivity suitable for youth, return to the nest with always the same plenary joy to find a harmonious campaign and a meat which they never let cool well a long time in the plate!
