I.e. that the meat that we propose is resulting from ox charolais which were born in our livestock, it there were followed, nourished and raised.
You thus know their qualities gustatory and even their ascending biological!

Each pieces is cut out and packed vacuum, by a professional butcher, in a butchery approved, to the standards of the European Community.  He are then proposed on intern on our site of sale of butchery on line.
Your orders are delivered to residence, of 24 hours maximun after the date of their forwarding.
The meat boxes are studied to hold in easily in normal refrigerators and freezers.
